Thank you for shopping with The Food with Roots! Each item is entirely handmade by our team in Seattle, WA. We stand by our high quality products, but in the off chance you're not satisfied with your order, please review our policies below.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Due to the handmade, one of a kind, and limited runs on clothing, returns or exchanges are not offered. Please closely review the sizing measurements before ordering. We do our best to accurately portray the colors of our clothing, but each monitor is different. Please reach out to us with any questions about the color or sizing of our clothing.
If you are not satisfied with one of our food products, please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org to discuss. Returns or exchanges are not accepted after 14 days from delivery date. Return shipping costs will be deducted from original costs.
We do our best to ship each item safely and carefully. If an item was damaged in transit, please reach out to us at email@example.com and attach photos of the damages.
Please make sure to read product descriptions, sizing, and shipping policies carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a particular item, contact us before purchasing.
We ship items out 1-2 times per week. We are not responsible for packages shipped to the wrong address that the buyer supplied. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct before completing checkout. If you think you have made a mistake and you have not received a shipping notification yet, please let us know ASAP so we can adjust the package before it is mailed to the incorrect address. If a package is returned due to incorrect address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
If your package is taking longer than the estimated delivery time, please be patient. Once the item leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping service, we know just as much as you do about the item. In the case of a lost package, please contact your local post office for assistance. The Food with Roots is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after they have been shipped.
Tracking numbers are automatically emailed to you upon order fulfillment. Please check your spam folder if you have not received it.
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of items while in transit. Refunds and exchanges will not be given for lost parcels unless they are returned to us by the postal services in their original condition.
If a package is returned to us because the buyer provided the wrong address or has not claimed a package after the delivery attempt, a refund will not be issued. We will contact you immediately if your package is returned. The buyer must repay the shipping costs before the item can be shipped again.
