Pimento Cheese Scrambled eggs

  • 4 ea whole eggs
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2.5 Tablespoon Food with Roots pimento cheese
  • Chives
  • Salt

Break eggs into a bowl. Whisk to blend eggs. Season with a pinch of salt. Melt butter in a small non-stick pan. Place eggs into the pan and medium heat. With a spatula scrap and turning eggs in the pan. Continue motions until eggs are scrambled to desired temperature. Fold in pimento cheese. Garnish with freshly chopped chives.
