A Southern Tradition
With roots in the South, we've always wanted to highlight Pimento Cheese here in the Pacific Northwest. We knew that it would have to stand out. Thinking back on all the Pimento Cheese we've indulged in over our lives, we've created a chef-driven version that incorporates all the qualities we enjoy most in Pimento Cheese: velvety mouth feel, rich, tangy, sweet, spiced, and most importantly big in flavor. Our Pimento Cheese quickly became a crowd favorite and is requested by everyone from near and far.
TANGY, SWEET, & SPICY
Pimento Cheese is great wherever cheese is used: in mac & cheese, with meat platters & charcuterie boards with mixed pickles, as a vegetable or chip dip, in sandwiches, on burgers, tossed into potatoes or warmed to form a fondue. The possibilities are endless.
Rich, decadent, tangy from the sharp cheddar, sweet from the pickled sweet peppers, savory finish, slightly salty, spreadable when warm.
